I let go of the past and create the future I want.

I choose to leave things in the past. I am now free of the past and any limitations I have allowed it to impose on me.
 

Today is all that matters. I can only live, think, and experience life in the present. The past is just an illusion that fails to serve me in any positive ways. I want to do everything I can to enhance my life.

I am very clear about what I want in my life. I have goals and review them regularly. By focusing on the present, I give myself the power to create my future.
 

The past only serves to prevent me from becoming all that I can be. I release my past and focus on the present. The future is created in the present. I can only control things that are happening now.
 

I sometimes use meditation to keep my mind focused on the here and now. It relaxes me and increases my productivity and effectiveness. I control my thoughts and keep them focused on my current activities.

Today, I let go of the past, live in the present, and create the future I want. I am focused on the wonderful opportunities that lie ahead of me. I am free of my past.
