Past challenges make me grateful for each new day.
I consider the past when building my approach to present day challenges. My ability to overcome tough times makes me grateful for each new day. When I am overwhelmed, I avoid feeling frustrated. Instead I think back to past challenges and remind myself that the opportunity to push through is a gift.
I can boldly make it through a tough day. I am strong. I remind myself of all the obstacles I have overcome and give thanks that I am alive to handle another one.
My morning meditation helps to form my mindset of gratitude. During my quiet time I express thanks for each of my successes. Taking this time to be truly appreciative enables me to go through each day with confidence.
I believe that conquering even the most challenging scenario is within my scope.
Even when difficult times await me, I avoid hiding from the days in front of me. I put on my armor of bravery and surge ahead.
