I respond more favorably when I think about my finances before I act. One of my missions each day is to take the time to think through my financial situation and then act accordingly. I know it is easy to make negative decisions when I avoid clear thinking. In the midst of anxiety, I close my eyes. I allow myself to get to a calm place because having anxiety can cause negative decisions about my finances. When I am calm, I can process what is causing me anxiety and make better financial decisions. When I face financial situations with a calm disposition, I have a clearer mind. The right decision becomes more apparent.
When I catch myself reacting in an offensive manner, I know it is because of how I feel about my finances. I must learn to accept my mistake and change my behavior. Today, I believe in the power of money coaching to correct negative financial behavior. I know that my financial situation can be handled well if positive habits and thoughts replace negative habits and thoughts. My goal is to be slow to action but quick to think, regarding financial decisions that can impact me negatively. I am thankful for the ability to think before acting. Comments are closed.
